FindKoi listings are compiled from public sources — which means yours may be incomplete. Claiming is free, takes one email, and lets you:

• Correct your location, shipping range, phone, and hours
• List the varieties you actually stock this season
• Add the Japanese breeders you import from — the detail buyers ask about most
• State your quarantine protocol and health guarantee
• Display the Claimed badge on your profile

How to claim

Email dealers@findkoi.com from an address at your business domain (or from the contact email published on your website) with the listing you're claiming and any corrections. We apply changes that we can attribute to you as the owner; factual corrections are reflected with updated sources.

What claiming can't do

Claiming never changes your community reputation section — that stays a cited, neutral summary of public discussion, per our methodology. It's the reason buyers trust the directory, which is what makes your claimed listing worth having.

Verification

The Verified tier (details verified by findkoi through documentation and a direct interview.) is rolling out to claimed listings first — mention it in your claim email if you're interested.

If you're a US koi breeder or dealer and we haven't listed you, email the same address with your website. Listing is free; we compile the profile the same way we compile every other.
